yoga space friendly staff overall experience beach area live music
the yoga space was very inviting, and i enjoyed a class there. the food was amazing!!! i actually preferred the meals here to some of the other places i tried nearby. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. i found the team really took pride in their work.
the beach area directly in front could be better. i also felt that the gym could use a few more pieces of equipment. it's a small detail, but it would add to the overall experience. the live music in the bar was not always to my taste. sometimes, it was a little too loud for my liking.

detailed attention really good service calming vibe ample space
This hotel impressed me with its attention to detail. The staff provided really good service (Sam was particularly helpful). The hotel has a calming vibe, despite its proximity to a busy area. The beach is well-kept, offering ample space .

The walkways to the rooms are cute, with lush tropical gardens. There is a lovely yoga space for those who enjoy it, as well as a well-equipped gym, and a spa for relaxation and wellness treatments.

My Premier Beautiful Double Sea View room was well-sized and cleaned immaculately on a daily basis. The room contained comfortable furnishings and a private balcony offering a view of the surroundings (the sea looked great from there).

colonial charm and excellent service
colonial style beautiful beach excellent drinks
i found the colonial style resort to be beautiful and the service and food were excellent. the beach and pool were also beautiful. i especially enjoyed the excellent drinks that were available at the bar.
i observed that the live music in the bar was sometimes too loud.

The hotel has a lovely bar and dinner area alongside a great pool area. Beach access was very easy. i noticed the lounges were very comfortable. the spa and wellness center was amazing.

the hotel is located in a central area. i found there were many places to eat massage parlors and bars nearby. the hotel is situated on a stretch of clean beach with plenty of sun loungers.

i was greeted with a welcome drink and excellent service upon arrival. the staff were excellent and very attentive. i found the staff to be friendly enthusiastic and accommodating to every request.

my room was sensational very spacious with a great view of the beach. i noted the room included refreshing lemongrass scent. the room was very clean and was maintained immaculately every day.

Decent stay. Some issues though
dated room inflexible customer service
the grounds had beautiful landscaping, a real plus.
The room felt dated. the bathroom needed updates, a letdown considering what i paid. also, the customer service seemed rigid. I wanted a change that would have benefited them, but they were unwilling to accommodate it.
